Other eligibility criteria
  • 4 to 5 years experience in field of Education & programme implementation. Candidate must be registered under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
  • Prepare and design functional operation guidelines of Structures, process and systems of Center for Disability Management and Brand Image of Institute (APD).
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with relevant bodies/offices to acquire RCI Accreditation & Bangalore Universities for various courses.
  • Plan and initiate with team to bring required trainees for courses through marketing & develop communication materials and publicity for APD courses.
  • Create skilled human resource in disability sector through organizing TOT, Leadership, Sign Language training, Inclusion Education and Right based trainings.
Detailed Job Description
  • To design the detail plans for evolving disability management centre.
  • Work with relevant centre to achieve accreditation for rehabilitation and education related course.
  • Develop admin and planning support systems to ensure all training programmes attracts required admissions in time (PG diploma in Physio Therapy, Trainers training on Horticulture, Foundation course on trainer’s training and Inclusive Education).
  • Develop clear role clarity between central single window team and trainer’s team on expected results and roles• Develop guidelines and communication systems for publicity on APD courses.
  • Ensure the co-ordination between resource persons both internally and externally.
  • To prepare plans/ reports of monthly/quarterly/Half yearly and yearly basis.
