He has experience across various functions including heading many cooperatives and Manufacturing units and other Government enterprises. He has represented both the State and the Central Governments Delegations in the International arena and with delegations coming into India.

Amritha has worked in the field of graphic design over the past 20 years both as a freelancer as well as an employee of VMA (Visual Marketing Associates) Dayton, Ohio. While part of the VMA team, she worked on destination branding for the country of Colombia, the National Aviation Heritage Area in Dayton, Ohio, and extensively on materials for Aullwood Audubon Center and Farm. As an independent designer, she has worked on branding for the VST Group, Kosta Marine, and The Arts Village to name a few. She is a 1999 graduate of the Columbus College of Art & Design (Bachelor of Fine Arts—Advertising and Graphic Design).

Jacob worked for several years with the Tata group as an officer in the prestigious Tata Administrative Services. He held a variety of senior leadership positions across companies in the IT Services, Consumer, and Retail businesses. During his career with Tata Unisys Ltd., he led the Americas Group, the largest business unit in the company. His team pioneered many of the offshore best practices that have become industry standards today. After five years in the US, Jacob returned to India and moved to Titan Company where he worked across both the watch and jewelry businesses while also holding additional corporate responsibilities as Chief Strategy Officer and CIO. His team established several of the marquee brands in the Titan watch portfolio and later as COO of the Jewellery business, his team turned around the flagship Tanishq business. Later, Jacob served as President-India of a US MNC in the education sector and as a partner in a large private equity fund.
Jacob is an Engineer from NIT Trichy and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
He began his association with APD over 5 years ago when he helped co-create the hospitality vertical in the Livelihood program. Later he was invited to join the board and shortly, thereafter became the Honorary Secretary in the year 2017


Pradeep Kumar has had a distinguished career with the State Bank of India over 39 years of his tenure. Starting as a Probationary officer he rose to the position of the Managing Director of the Bank. His Exposure to Banking is very comprehensive with stints in Corporate, International, Retail, Treasury, and Information Technology. He has had many senior stints like MD of State Bank Travancore, Director Central Board of SBI, Chairman Risk Management Committee, Audit/I.T./Strategy committees. He was also Nominee Director of SBI NPCI, CCIL, CDSL. He was involved with Government on Policies and he was a member of the Kelkar Committee on “Revitalization of PPP for a model of Infrastructure development”
Post Retirement he is an independent director in Companies like Karnataka Bank Ltd., Shriram Transport Finance Co Ltd, Brigade Enterprises Ltd, and many more.
He has done a Post-Graduation in Statistics from the University of Madras and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers

Mr V P Mahendra was born in 1942 and studied in Bangalore (Bachelor of Engineering). He joined VST Tillers Tractors Ltd in 1968. He underwent training in Japan in 1968 for the manufacture of Agricultural machineries. He was appointed as Managing Director of VST Tillers Tractors Ltd in 1989.
His present designation is Vice Chairman & Managing Director of VST Tillers Tractors Ltd. He is on the Board of Directors of various companies as well as Trustee of Charitable Institutions.

Mohan Sundaram has over 34 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience across multiple functions in technology-based businesses. After 11 years with HCL, he embarked on his entrepreneurship journey. He has promoted startups and has built businesses for other groups. His industry experience covers the complete gamut of the IT industry, consulting, venture capital investing, Mining & Metals, and start-up mentoring.
Mohan was invited in 2009 to be a mentor at NSRCEL/IIMB and continues to do so. His engagement with APD started in 2013 as a volunteer and then to the trusteeship in 2014. He was involved in building out a Federation of NGOs in the Disability sector called Disability NGOs Alliance of which APD is a founder member.
Mohan Sundaram has been involved with technology innovation for disability and is the Founding CEO of ARTILAB Foundation (DST-supported incubators) and the President of Disability NGOs Alliance (DNA) since Oct 2020.
Mohan has graduated from IIM Ahmedabad in 1984 after his BSc in Physics from D G Vaishnav College, Chennai.

Sanjana is Vice President GAME ( Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship), where she leads Women Entrepreneurship -driving ideation, innovation and implementation of interventions that create and unlock pathways for women entrepreneurs to grow, thrive and flourish.
Innovation, Imagination & Insight are her 'go-to' tools, to solve complex problems at scale. She brings her background in Innovation at the International Committee for the Red Cross (ICRC) to all aspects of her work- always looking for ways to create 10X impact. She is particularly focused on supporting and enabling people coming from backgrounds of poverty, vulnerability and marginalization and over the past decade worked directly with over 50 non-profits solving challenges in this segment.
In the past, she has worked extensively on the philanthropic side of the social sector, and her last role was as General Manager Social Venture partners. She is excited about working with funders who are keen to unpack complex challenges and place big bets on the future. She is passionate about her role as guide and steward of these vital resources, working hard to ensure meaningful impact for all involved.
She is co-founder of India’s only cloud animal rescue network, and a published children’s book writer. Sanjana is an avid sportsman and continues to play badminton and shoot 10m rifles competitively.
Sanjana holds a master's degree in public policy from the National University of Singapore, where she was an LKY Scholar. When not working, she loves to spend time with her daughter and dogs. She adores gardening and beekeeping.

Dr Deepthi is a Medical doctor from Bangalore, India and finished her MBBS from KMC, Mangalore India and her MD in Community health from St. John’s Medical College Hospital, Bangalore where she joined as a Faculty after her MD in 2006 and has been working as Associate Professor. She has more than 14 yrs of teaching experience for both the medical undergraduates as well as postgraduates. She has been the Project Incharge of the Rural Community Based Rehabilitation Services from April, 2006 till date. The project’s main objective is to rehabilitate people with disability in all aspects of Health, Education, Livelihood, Empowerment and Social issues. The project is being funded by Christoffel Blinden Mission, Germany. The programme also lays special emphasis on rehabilitation of children with disability who are identified and assessed by a multidisciplinary team of specialists called “ Unit Of Hope” She has initiated the formation of 10 Self help groups of People with in the rural areas with more than 125 members with the main objective of social integration, equalization of opportunities, and rehabilitation by empowerment. She has also been instrumental in starting 2 Parent support groups have been newly started with a total of 25 members provides direct support to parents through shared group experiences and thereby giving emotional and psychological support to the caregivers in 2 rural areas with resource poor settings. She has also been principle investigator and co-investigators as well as guided many postgraduate and undergraduate research in public health as well as disability. She has attended many national and international conferences on disability and also has won best paper awards with several publications in scientific journals. She is a member of the Boards of 2 prestigious organisations dealing with disability in India. Most importantly she is the mother of a 19 yr old son with Cerebral Palsy and understands the challenges of raising a child with special needs.

PK Gopalakrishnan (also known as PKG from his early corporate days), is currently active in the Bangalore start up ecosystem being a member of multiple angel investor groups. He mentors few start- ups in Bangalore and Kerala across a spectrum of industries and is a jury member of some of the events organised by bodies like Nasscom, Govt of Karnataka, Kerala start up Mission, IIMK etc. He is also a mentor at Thubs, and Wadhwani Foundation. He is co-founder of Malabar Angel network and Malabar innovation zone, an incubator in Kerala.
He is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and worked for more than three decades in organisations such as ITC, Wipro Infotech and Mindtree His early years were in supply chain and factory management. but later -on moved to front end sales, business development and strategy in Wipro. In Mindtree, he was in charge of India business and he exited from corporate scene, after serving as CEO and MD of Wep Solutions( a company which was formed after the Peripherals Business Division of Wipro was divested), in 2016.
He is also associated with CII Institute of Quality, since 2015, as a voluntary senior assessor for their Business Excellence and Customer obsession frameworks for adoption by large and medium corporates.
