Cerebral Palsy

Srinivas has cerebral palsy which has affected his right limb causing severe muscle weakness. He was almost immobile and could either crawl or stand with support. He had poor balance and found it difficult to walk.

After receiving rehabilitation care, Srinivas started walking independently and manages to do his functional day-to-day activities. He communicates well, has gained self confidence and continues his education.

Presently he is in Class 1 at Shradhanjali Integrated School. APD is providing Srinivas with intensive physiotherapy, trampoline therapy, neuro reorganization therapy, fine & gross motor and training for activities of daily living (ADLs). He is being encouraged to reach his highest potential so he can be independent.
